We use this day to focus in on three key areas of the Primary English Curriculum and take participants through a series of hands-on activities in the outdoors that can be used to support children’s learning in these areas: developing vocabulary, developing poetry and developing stories. By sharing these carefully planned lessons we hope that participants can adapt the ideas for specific pupils and immediately transfer them to their own school grounds.
